The LW250×1025B VFD centrifuge uses PLC programming to enable stepless drum speed adjustments (0–4,800 RPM). Operators monitor real-time parameters—torque, bearing temperature, vibration, and differential speed (≤50 RPM)—via a color explosion-proof touchscreen. Ideal for upgrading legacy solids control systems or integrating into smart drilling rigs, this automation reduces human error while optimizing separation efficiency for complex drilling fluids.
